 I want to retrieve the list of all the files from the public folder together with the Last Access Time and Username of who last person access the files.

So, you want "read tracking" and/or "usage reporting".

That capability isn't built into Exchange itself. I suggest you take a look at one or more of the third party utilities such as Change Auditor for Exchange by Quest (originally from NetPro), PromoDag, etc.

Is this mean that even a script can't retrieve last access time and users all together? how about retrieving just the last access time?
